Church Group Leader Steps

As you are preparing for camps for summer camp 2026, here are a few important notes and reminders:

As of Camp Season 2026, Group IDs are no longer being used.

​Sponsorship Codes can be made starting February 1!

  • Our camp registration platform is still UltraCamp. This allows churches to complete their sponsorship code and put their individual registrations in.

  • As the leader of your church group, you will have the option to create an account in UltraCamp and make a sponsorship code for various financial reasons (such as scholarships, etc) on February 1st.

  • Spots are secured once a student registers and pays the $50 deposit. 

  • Camp Registration opens FIRST Come, FIRST served on March 1st.

Church Group Leader Steps

STEP 1: Request Sponsorship Code beginning February 1st.

STEP 2: Host a Sign-Up Session on Sunday, March 1st, when camp registration opens

STEP 3: Recruit/Organize Room Leaders (1 adult Room Leader for every 8 students of the same gender)

STEP 4: Arrange Camper Transportation (Cannot be Room Leaders)

STEP 5: Download and Review “What to Expect”
